Tim McGraw Recalls Swoon-Worthy Proposal To Wife Faith Hill On 25th Anniversary

Tim McGraw and Faith Hill are one of the most adorable country music couples of all time.

Heck, they're one of the most adorable HOLLYWOOD couples of all time.

Now, on their 25th wedding anniversary, Tim McGraw is posting a heartfelt tribute to his wife, and if there's one thing I love in this world, it's a husband's loving Instagram tribute to his wife!

It's hard to believe Tim McGraw and Faith Hill have already been married for 25 years!

They are truly country music royalty!

The pair, both 54, are not secretive about their total adoration of one another on social media.

The pair met back in 1994 at the annual Country Radio Seminar in Nashville.

Since they were new to the country music scene, both Faith and Tim performed during the "New Faces" segment of the seminar.

While nothing more than a friendly chat occurred that night, their friendship would soon blossom into a romance when the pair toured together in 1996.

Now, this iconic duo is celebrating 25 years of wedded bliss.

Tim is celebrating this milestone moment by recounting the day he proposed to Faith.

"25 years later and it's still the best day of my life. Thanks for going on this journey with me. Love you Faith," Tim captioned the video.

"We had dated for a while. I actually asked her to marry me quite a few times and she kept saying no," Tim recalled in the video.

"She said, 'I'm not going to get involved with another country singer, it's just not going to work out.'"

"They had these trailer houses set up. I'm getting ready to go on stage, and I had this sort of case that had this big mirror in it. She's standing there, and we're talking, and I said, 'Look, let's get married,'" he recalled in the clip.

"And she says, 'You're asking me to marry you at a country music festival in a trailer house.' And I said, 'Well, it's pretty apropos if you think about it.' She goes, 'Are you serious?' And I said, 'Well yeah, I'm serious.'"

Unsurprisingly, Faith wasn't all that impressed with the proposal, and didn't give him an answer.

"I came off the stage and went back into my dressing room and Faith wasn't there, but I looked at the mirror. In lipstick it said, 'Yes! I'm gonna be your wife,'" the singer recalled.

"And we still have that mirror. And it was the best day of my life, that's for sure."

Okay, that might be the sweetest story I've ever heard in my life.

Congrats on a quarter century, love birds!
