Viral Challenge Has Women Applying Their Makeup With Toilet Paper

I must've mentioned to you once or twice that I'm not great in terms of applying makeup. Oh, well, right? So, I'm always looking for helpful tips in that department.

Recently I stumbled upon a unique technique people are doing on TikTok, and I would love to show it to you. Something tells me you're going to like it too.

One of the best ways to make yourself stand out with makeup is by using eyeshadow.

But how do you usually apply it? Do you use a brush, your fingers, or a cotton pad? Well, there's a new technique you should give a try.

Get a load of this idea.

The latest makeup craze taking over TikTok involves toilet paper. Huh? I know, that's what I thought too. I mean, of all the tools you can use to do this, why toilet paper? Let me explain.

The idea is to use a balled-up wad of toilet paper.

Then you put some eyeshadow on it. After that, you proceed to stamp the eyeshadow pigments onto your eyelid. Wow, I've never heard of that.

You then repeat the process with various shades of eyeshadow palette.

This technique creates a sort of watercolor effect on your eyes. Oh my gosh! Is that right? Check this out. How cool does that look? Wow, I love the idea.

Let's see this process in action. Shall we?

I have to admit I didn't see this coming when I started to watch the video. But now that I actually see it, I'm starting to love it. Such a cool effect, right?

I'm really impressed.

I would never have thought of doing something like that. Check out this lady doing the effect on her eyes. I think they look so dreamy. You can pretty much create a fairy tale look this way.

This trend is so popular on TikTok right now it even has its own hashtag.

Look up #ToiletPaperMakeupChallenge, and you'll see a lot of videos of other creators doing it too. All of them are pretty fantastic. I'm getting some great inspo from these ladies here.

This lady did the technique quite beautifully here.

What I really like about this trend is that it allows you to use many vibrant colors. You can go as subtle as you want or as dramatic as your heart desires.

So how do you feel about this latest makeup technique?

Are you digging it? I really do like it, and I'm going to give it a go. I'm pretty sure if you mess up, you can just blend it with the toilet paper anyway.
