Just a few weeks ago, Britney fans were shocked to realize the songstress had a neck tattoo that she had been keeping from us for years. I know, right? Britney is someone you think you know everything about. After all, the pop princess has been in the public eye for the majority of her life, and heck, for our lives, too!
Now,. she’s baring all in a gorgeous, topless selfie that fans are loving!

It’s safe to say fans like to think they know a lot about their beloved Princess of Pop — myself included.
However, a recent snap posted on Britney’s Instagram has left many fans with questions.
Remember the neck tattoo I was talking about in the intro? Well, Britney actually has MANY tattoos — 9 in total! In addition to her neck tattoo, her collection of body art includes double-crosses beneath her hips, a vine on her foot, a lip print on her right wrist, and a fairy on her lower back!
You know where fans don’t see a fairy tattoo or the aforementioned neck tattoo? In this recent topless selfie:
“Where are the tattoos?” asked one fan.
“WHERE ARE HER TATTOOS THOUGH?!?!” echoed another.
“Yall know this ain’t Britney right??” agreed a different user.
Needless to say, I’m very confused at what is going on here.
I wonder if she just cut off the photo at the perfect angle that cropped out her lower back tattoo? But that doesn’t answer the question about her missing neck tattoo…
