After months of fans begging for it, Mayim Bialik finally hosted Jeopardy! earlier this month. The sitcom legend took to the podium to host everyone's favorite trivia show and luckily for fans, she's totally rocked her two-week run! However, the ratings, which were released earlier this week, showed a dismal mark. It was such a low rating, in fact, that she tied with Anderson Cooper with 5.0 out of ten.
'Jeopardy!' Ratings Show Anderson Cooper And Mayim Bialik Tie For Lowest Score
If you're a frequent watcher of the popular trivia show, then you will already know they've had many celebs take a crack at the hosting gig.
While some have been fan favorites — Ken Jennings, Katie Couric, Aaron Rodgers — others have been surrounded by controversy.
If you'll recall, Twitter was super upset with Dr. Oz took the hosting job back in March.
Fans of the trivia show called the talk show host a "snake oil salesman" and were struggling to understand the network's decision.
So when Mayim Bialik finally hosted earlier this month, it was a total breath of fresh air!
Everyone that I'm friends with absolutely adored her hosting gig, so when I saw her dismal ratings come up, I was genuinely shocked!
I think I speak for many people when i say how surprised I was to find out Mayim's *Jeopardy!* ratings were so low.
Her 5.0 demo rating put her at the very bottom of the list of guest hosts, alongside Anderson Cooper's average 5.0 rating for his stint back in April.
Can I also just take a moment to say Anderson Cooper is also someone I thought people would love?!
