The love that educators of all kinds show their students is second-to-none. They provide students with the drive and desire to succeed, fueling their dreams and guiding them along the path to success.

To thank them for all their hard work and the opportunities that they provided him over the year, one principal decided to treat the 2021 graduating class by serenading them during their commencement.

Especially this year when the circumstances have been particularly rough.

It's a celebration of achievements and a positive start to the future, a well-wishing in their future education or career paths.

That's why one principal wanted to make this year's commencement ceremony extra special.

Marcus Gause, principal of T. Wingate Andrews High School in High Point, North Carolina, decided to treat the students and their guests to a touching performance.

He stood on stage and sang a beautiful rendition of Whitney Houston's 'I Will Always Love You' to all the grduting students.

It was a stunning performance that surely sent chills down the spines of all who were attending. He was met with cheers all throughout the song, namely at powerful notes, giving him all the encouragement he needed.

The performance was shared in a Facebook video that now has over 12,000 views, uploaded by another employee of the school.

"This video of one of our principals singing Dolly Whitney style to his students at graduation is pure gold," reads the captions, "[...] I don’t have to tell you how emotional these graduations have been."

The comments were also alight with positivity, praising this man's voice and his show of love to the students he helped guide here.

The emotional power was undeniable, as seen in one comment that read, "Made me cry! A powerful message. No push for achievement but know that you are loved."

"Wow … Every child should have a Principal this loving, kind, compassionate and passionate!" Wrote another.

Gause also responded to the post, blown away by the support.

"Thank you so much!" He wrote, "I am speechless at the response! Thank you so much for capturing this and sharing!"

It was a special moment for all involved, and one I'm sure those graduates will remember for a long time.
