Kelly Osbourne Admits She 'Didn't Do Anything Sober' In Emotional New 'Red Table Talk' Interview

Kelly Osbourne is opening up about her journey to sobriety in an emotional new Red Table Talk interview.

The 36-year-old has always been open about her struggle with substance abuse and is now letting fans into her personal journey to sobriety and how media attention from a young age deeply affected her her self-confidence.

*Red Table Talk* is one of the few places on the internet that offer a safe space for difficult conversations.

The show, hosted by Jada Pinkett Smith, her daughter, Willow, and her mother, Adrienne Banfield-Norris, has gained the reputation of the it place for vulnerable subjects and conversations.

This week, Kelly Osbourne sat down with the trio to discuss her journey to sobriety.

"When I first got sober, I didn’t feel like I deserved to be in any room that I was in,” Kelly said.

She went on to confess that she first took Vicodin at just 13-years-old.

"I kept getting sick and I had a really bad case of tonsillitis,” the TV personality explained.

"They ended up having to give me some crazy surgery and then, after that, they gave me Vicodin and that was all I needed."

During the interview, Kelly also opened up about her struggle with weight-loss and her personal confidence after she got sober.

"And then I gained so much weight, so I thought that everyone was just looking at me like, 'She’s fat and disgusting.' People were taking pictures of me and I could see them. ‘Look at how fat Kelly Osbourne is now.' So, it’s like you have to get in touch with vulnerabilities and things that trigger you," she explained.

"Like, I never went to work sober. I never went to dinner sober. I didn’t do anything sober. Like, nothing sober."
