Tequila-Soaked Watermelon Wedges Are The Perfect Thing To Get Us Through Summer

With summer right around the corner, everyone is looking for a delicious way to kick back and relax with friends and family.

If you love fruit and want to get your drink on while snacking, Martha Stewart is here to save the day with these tequila-soaked watermelon wedges.

You don't need much to make this boozy snack.

All you need is 1 seedless watermelon (cut in thick wedges), a bottle of your favorite tequila, a bottle of Triple Sec, sugar, and salt.

And, it's easy to make!

All you have to do is combine the sugar, water, tequila, and Triple Sec to a boil in a small saucepan until it makes a syrup.

Then, you pour the syrup over the watermelon and let sit for at least 45 minutes.

The longer the melon soaks, the more "boozy" it'll be.

The longer you let the watermelon sit and soak in the syrup, the more "boozy" it'll become. So, if you really want to be dangerous, leave it overnight!
