If I was a celebrity, you can bet I'd be using my money and power to be giving back to all of those people in the world who deserve a lift — obviously, this would be after I bought myself the things I deserve, like a big house and a new car and swimming pool. (Okay, I'm joking. I don't need a pool.)
That's exactly what Drew Barrymore is doing!
Drew is just so sweet and kooky that I could watch her talk about anything for hours on end — and I have!
She loves to use her platform to give back to people who deserve it, which is exactly what she did on a recent episode.
"She's only 17 years old, but she's already blazing her own path and spreading cheer and strength along the way. Caitlin Thrash is a cheerleader by day and a firefighter by night!" Drew revealed.
What an incredible story!
It's so impressive that Caitlin can be such a hero and be a teenager at the same time!
Speaking of being a teenager, Drew pointed out to Caitlin that prom season was coming up, and surprised her by giving her a total prom makeover, including giving her a prom dress, a tiara, and a new hairstyle.
"Because, you know, we all wanna be strong women who do something wonderful in the world, and that’s what you’re doing."
