Hailey Bieber Says She's 'So Upset' After Restaurant Hostess Calls Her 'Rude'

Working at fancy restaurants in high-profile cities like L.A. and New York means you're bound to run into some major celebrities from time to time. While this may seem like a cool perk, it would always suck to have a bad experience with a celebrity you were a fan of, only to have your dreams crushed.

Now, a new viral TikTok is exposing celebrities who weren't very kind to a Manhattan hostess.

If you've ever worked in the service industry, you know how horrible people can be.

When it comes to working in the FOOD service industry, however, that is its own circle of hell.

And if you don't know what I'm talking about, please consider yourself very, very lucky.

Of course, there are the customers who are amazing and make the job worth it.

Sometimes, if you're really lucky, those customers are celebrities! Of course, dealing with high profile celebrities isn't always rainbows and butterflies.

No one knows this to be true more than TikTok user Julia Carolan.

The former hostess has been taking to the social media platform to rate celebrities she dealt with while working in Manhattan.

In a video posted in the summer, she alleged that Hailey Bieber was "rude" after interacting with her multiple times.

"This is gonna be controversial," Julia said in the video.

"I've met [Hailey] a handful of times, and every time she was not nice," she recounted.

"I really wanna like her, but I have to give her like a 3.5 out of 10. Sorry!"

The video, despite being released last summer, has gone viral.

Now, Hailey is speaking out about being called "rude" in a new YouTube video.

"When I saw [Julia’s] video, I was so upset," Hailey told Dr. Jessica Clemons during a recent conversation on her YouTube channel. "There's never an excuse for being rude. I felt bad that that was her experience with me, but it made me kind of frustrated because you never know what someone's going through."

"I remember going through times in my life where I was so sad and so heartbroken that, like, engaging with people felt hard for me."
