1. Selena Gomez

The "Selfish Love" singer has always been open about fame's impact on her mental health. It even resulted in a rehab visit in the past.

"My self-esteem was shot. I was depressed, anxious. I started to have panic attacks right before getting onstage, or right after leaving the stage," she told Vogue.

2. Gigi Hadid

The most difficult part of fame for the model has been losing friends.

"I've lost a lot of friends because I'll get busy for a short period of time, and they're not reaching out," she told Harper's Bazaar. "But if I don't reach out, then it's like I've changed. I'm good with [the friends] I've got."

3. Daniel Radcliffe

The Harry Potter star has had a love/hate relationship with fame ever since he got into the industry at a young age.

While on Off Camera with Sam Jones, he detailed a scary experience that happened when he was young.

When he and his parents arrived to Japan, there were thousands of fans and only about 100 security guards.

"There were highly trained security guards being pushed around by, like, 6-year-old girls to 80-year-old women," he said.

It's no secret that the actor loathes fame. He's hated it ever since his Twilight days.

While talking to Harper's Bazaar in 2015, Kristen didn't mince her words, saying "fame is the worst thing in the world." She also called it "pointless."

8. Idris Elba

While the British hunk is now happily married to Sabrina Dhowre, fame once made him paranoid of people's intentions.

"If you're adored by millions, sometimes even on your own front doorstep you can become paranoid and constantly question, 'Who is he? Who is she?' I know I've been guilty of it in the past."

9. Johnny Depp

The actor once compared being famous to being a fugitive.

That's because everything has to be strategic, he explained to Today. "To get you into the hotel, to get you out of the hotel, to get you into the restaurant."

Fame has brought about bullying on a "massive scale" for the actress. Yet, there is little sympathy for celebs.

11. George Clooney

You may envy the actor's A-list life, but he finds it extremely isolating.

14. Shailene Woodley

If there is any doubt that the actress finds fame difficult, just consider what she told W magazine.

15. Chris Evans

While the Marvel actor started his career chasing after fame, he's since changed his tune.

16. Jennifer Lawrence
