Congratulations are in order for singer and actress Katharine McPhee and hubby David Foster who just welcomed their first child together!
This is the sixth child for producer David, who married Katharine back in June 2019. Fans have been eagerly awaiting the couple's baby after Katharine announced her pregnancy back in October.
David was a mentor to Katharine and the other contestants of season 5 of American Idol, but they did not begin dating until 2018.
A year later, they were married!
They've even joked about it in the past, along with David's daughter, who is the same age as Katharine.
People reported that the two were expecting their first child together after photographs of the couple shopping for baby items were taken — with a sizable baby bump already showing.
"Katharine McPhee and David Foster have welcomed a healthy baby boy," their rep tells People.
While no other updates have been revealed yet, I'm sure we won't have to wait long!
