Olivia Munn Shuts Down Instagram Trolls Who Called Out Her Cellulite

Internet trolls must really be having a slow day if they're coming after Olivia Munn, of all people, and her "cellulite."

But alas, that's what happened. Thankfully, we got to see the X-Men actress shut down the trolls in the most epic way!

Practicing self-care for both body and mind has always been on Olivia Munn's agenda.

It's why she's an avid meditator to this day, a practice she picked up a years ago.

She loves tae kwon do, too, a martial arts practice which actually connects both body and mind.

It was something she began doing when her dad was stationed in Tokyo for the airforce in 1996.

A decade later, she found herself picking up where she left off while training for "X-Men: Apocalypse".

That's because she actually had to do most of the stunts herself!

In the movie, she plays the role of Psylocke, a telekinetic warrior.

For her training, she went pretty hardcore.

To get fight-ready, she trained in Montreal with Karine Lemieux at Dax Gym.

Get this: she trained for SIX hours a day.

Um.... I can barely handle five minutes of cardio!

In addition to practically training like Rambo, she also ate super clean.

Her diet was 80 percent raw, which meant low carbs, little meat, and tons of fruits and veggies.

Besides looking ah-mazing in "X-Men", she got to fall back in love with martial arts.

"As much as I care about looking and feeling my best, it’s not enough of a motivation for me,” Olivia told Women's Health.

“I need a goal of accomplishing something.”

Through everything, she's learned to really love and appreciate her body.

As we all should!

Olivia always keeps it real on her Insta, like when she posted this pic highlighting how uncomfy glam pics make her:

An icon, tbh.

The actress was looking all kinds of gorgeous in this pic she posted Tuesday.

She captioned the pic with a simple "xo."

While a lot of the photo's comments agreed with her fierceness, there were a few trolls who called out some cellulite on her legs.

Which is... insane.

"Cottage cheese," they commented. "Don't forget the gravy on those fries!" another one said.

Ugh.

Thankfully, someone came to the actress's defence.

"Am I blind??? What [expletive] cellulite? She’s freaking perfect.”

"Seriously ... if that’s cellulite then you make it look amazing." AMEN.

"Which makes you even more amazing. Don’t listen to men who are just trying to get a rise out of you.”

Someone else praised her for not Photoshopping her pic.

"Aaron Rodgers screwed big time," another person said, referring to her ex.

Like her fans, Munn also defended herself against the trolls.

“What woman doesn’t have cellulite??” she wrote. “It’s not gonna stop me from posting a pic.”

Now feels like a great time to discuss what cellulite IS and how common and completely normal she is!

"Cellulite is a term for the formation of lumps and dimples in the skin," according to Medical News Today.

Common nicknames for cellulite include orange-peel skin and cottage-cheese skin due to its texture.

"Between 80 and 90 percent of women may experience cellulite at some point in their lives."

80 to 90 PERCENT, Y'ALL! THAT'S BASICALLY ALL OF WOMAN-KIND.

However, the normalization of Facetune, Photoshop and other editing tools have made this super normal human feature almost non-existent on social media.

Which is what makes it stick out when we see it now, ya know? Cause it's normal.

Which is why Olivia's post is extra awesome.

She's fighting the stigma around showing off your cellu-LIT!

Olivia showed that she appreciated the fan support by commenting emojis on defending comments.

We think she's perfect just the way she is.

Anyone else think these trolls need a serious butt-kicking?

If so, the best person for the job, of course, is the karate-chopping master herself.
