In Hollywood, everything moves a little faster.

Oftentimes, this includes weight loss since so many celebs have plastic surgery right at their disposal.

But for these celebs, there was no magic pill or plastic surgery involved.

They lost weight the old-fashioned way: just straight-up diet and exercise!

Snooki

It was fit moms who inspired the reality star to shed 42 pounds in 2013 after having her first baby.

This meant saying no to a lottt of temptation.

She traded in the cocktails and deep-fried pickles for a clean diet of 1,300 calories a day, along with four sessions a week with her trainer.

Khloé Kardashian

It was Khloé difficult divorce to Lamar Odom that motivated her to get her "revenge body."

According to her trainer, Gunnar Peterson, this meant taking "no shortcuts." Just plain hard work.

To this day, she still hits the gym 3-4 times a week, along with maintaining a healthy diet.

Koko even has her own show on E! called Revenge Body where she helps people get fit themselves.

Note: it's well-known that the Kardashians have used a variety of plastic surgery procedures in the past, but Khloé has been clear about her weight-loss specifically being attributed to exercise.

To shed his image as the "fat, funny guy" in Hollywood, Hill had to change up his "unhealthy diet."

"I wish there was some crazy thing that I did, like a pill or a genie or something, but I went to see a nutritionist," he told ABC News.

"And he told me what to eat to change my habits and stuff."

His weight has fluctuated over the years, especially when he packed on pounds for a movie role.

"I wanted to get in better shape, so I called Channing Tatum and said, 'Hey, if I ate less and go to a trainer, will I get in better shape?'" He said during an appearance on The Tonight Show in 2016.

"[He said] 'Yes, you dumb [expletive], of course you will.' It's the simplest thing in the entire world."

Thanks to Weight Watchers (now known as WW), the singer shed 80 pounds in 2010, bringing her from a size 16 to a size 6!

"I'm very careful and cautious of what I'm eating, so I just try to pace those meals throughout the day," she told Good Housekeeping.

"I'm very conscious of what I put in my body."

Another celeb to shed pounds the WW way is Kate Hudson.

Since becoming an ambassador for the company, she's lost 25 pounds of baby weight.

She also has her own athletics clothing company called Fabletics, so fitness is a huge part of her life!

For this country singer, losing 20 pounds in 2014 came down to ditching the fad diets.

"I just literally would make grilled chicken breast, sweet potato salad. There was no miracle," she told Women's Health.

Chris Pratt

A source told People: "She has been trying new types of foods and exploring new methods of exercise. Not for diet or weight, but more for her mind and well being and overall sense of good health."

Once the actor was diagnosed as pre-diabetic, he worked hard to get healthy by losing 30 pounds in four months.

This meant cutting out sugar, which he called "truly a battle" and doing workouts like yoga, Pilates, and spinning.

Her stint on Dancing With the Stars is what truly helped her change her eating habits.

"[My partner, Louis van Amstel] made me eat turkey burgers and salads and explained to me that a high-protein, low-carb diet would keep me energized," she told Shape magazine.

"Then I started losing weight and realized, 'Oh, it’s true what they say: Diet and exercise really work!'"
