At least, if you stock up on the new Keto Collection from Enlightened.

Each serving has 1 gram of net carbs and less than a gram of sugar. They're sweetened with monk fruit and erythritol, which are natural sweeteners with zero-calories. The collection is also made with real cream and milk so they're perfect high-fat, low-carb treats.
