Here is something I never thought I would have to say— Jeffree Star, do we need to start calling you Jaclyn Hill?
I mean, no because Jeffree is actually a self-made makeup mogul and a boss bish but regardless, Jeffree and Jac may have more in common than we think.

Miss Jaclyn Hill launched her cosmetic line last month to a literal TRASH FIRE of a release.
Her lipsticks, well… you all remember how well that went.
The lipsticks were contaminated with black holes, hairs and shards of plastic.
SO yeah, it was an absolute mess.
The typically shady Jeffree Star kept his mouth shut during Jaclyn’s full brand meltdown.
Which would end up being smart because lately, Twitter has been asking Jeffree a few questions about his products.
Yep, that’s right y’all. We could literally be dealing with a Jaclyn Hill 2.0 RN!!!!!!
Emotionally, I do not know if I am prepared.
So let’s begin, shall well? A few weeks ago, Jeffree Star released his mystery boxes which are a seasonal exclusive for his cosmetics company.
Costumers pay a fixed amount for one of three box sizes that come filled with random assortments of Jeffree’s cosmetics.
“I really don’t want people to hate me and think I just want attention… especially after the whole Jaclyn Hill thing…” wrote one Twitter user.
“…but the lipstick that I received in my Jeffree Star Mystery Box did have moisture spots (normal in hot weather) and hair. “
Another mystery box costumer tweeted out, only this time she had found a chunk of plastic in her lipstick.
Yikes, that’s… absolutely not good.
THEN THIS Twitter user found hairs in their lipstick.
Guys, I’m getting stressed .
This person showed their lipstick in a Twitter video.
“Hairy bumpy holey lipstick yum,” they wrote.
This woman said her lipstick looks like CHICKEN SKIN because of all the moisture.
Ugh, yuck lol.
MORE HAIR? Guys, this has to be fake lol.
I truly didn’t expect this at all from Jeffree!
This lipstick literally looks like a Biore pore strip after I peel it off my nose.
I think it’s just oil separation but still… it looks nasty.
There wasn’t just issues with the lipsticks in the mystery box.
The liquid lipsticks were also having mental breakdowns.
People are out here making polls about their liquid lips!
“The smell is so chemically STRONG .”
Are we all just being eager to have more beauty guru drama?
Or is this another serious cosmetics contamination issue?
Mistakes can happen— that’s showbiz, baby!
It’s just all about how you handle that mistake.
A great example of how NOT to handle a mistake is what Jaclyn Hill did.
Which was lash out and then disappear for a month, lol.
However, not everyone is believing what they’re seeing.
“Lol looks like you stuck something into your lipstick,” one user wrote.
And people that have reached out to Jeffree Star Cosmetics with their concerns have received great customer service!
We love that for them!
My mystery box is out for delivery and I’m so curious to see if any of my stuff is janky.
And if it is I want me some Jeffree Star GLOSS instead.
The drama that has been unfolding is MAD interesting, tbh.
Cause Jeffree is a makeup mogul, ya know?
But of course, people are out here being very PETTY.
I mean, I do have to laugh lol.
Jeffree has yet to comment on the faulty products and it’s unclear if he will.
