14+ People Who Got Tripped Up And Tripped Out

You can't trust your eyes, your brain will play tricks on you, and sometimes you're just too tired in general to fully comprehend what's going on. The plus side of our mad minds, however, is that we all get tripped up from time to time, so we might as well have a laugh about it.

Today, we're looking at a bunch of different times people were thrown for a loop, one way or another. So take a look, have a laugh, and try not to wrack your brain too much!

1. A relic from an ancient time.

After Napster but before iTunes, there was Limewire. It was a file-sharing program for people who loved music, movies, and computer viruses. Not sure I've seen that logo appear IRL before, though.

2. Anyone up for a three-legged race?

Reddit | The_Chuckie

Yeah, panoramas are a bit tricky and can leave you with some pretty interesting results, to say the least. That being said, everyone knows that old saying, "Three legs are better than two," right?

3. That mesh playpen can really shift perspectives.

I don't know if I'd recognize it without that comment, but he's right, this looks like the worst spot for a kid's nap — just a tad too toasty for comfort, I'd say.

4. "Fearless and inventive."

If you just look at it in the right way, you can make pretty much anything in your life a Star Wars reference — just ask my girlfriend, or as I call her, Princess Bae-a.

5. They weren't ready for the Getty.

These kids are clearly too professional to be having any fun.

"These quarterly reports aren't going to proxy themselves, Daaad! Get those Cool Math Games outta my face."

6. Sorry, come again?

Reddit | nickatnoche

Okay, I promise not everything on this list is Star Wars-related, but you can see how a quick glance at this gumball machine might turn some heads.

7. Wait, is the tire flat or not?

Reddit | rembot

I'm willing to bet that the tire is flat, but then again, I thought the dress was blue and black, and I heard "Yanny" instead of "Laurel." Remember all that?

8. To infinity and beyond!

Or, at least, to Starbucks and back. Whatever you do, don't show this to Elon Musk. That guy will take this whole thing way too far.

9. Like a beautiful beacon of hope.

Me.me | Me.me

This is basically how I see every McDonald's after a solid Friday night of having a few with the squad. It's so beautiful, so full of potential...and fat.

10. "Just gimme a minute to put my face on."

Reddit | CallMeBicBoi

This one took me a while to even figure out where her other real eye is! It's definitely not your everyday glo up.

11. I was wonder what he was doing until I realized that he's using a big magnifying glass!

The Chive | The Chive

I've honestly never seen this kind of work before! I imagine that 11-year-old me would've loved it, considering how many soldier toys died from my magnifying glass.

12. This glorious panorama fail is known as, "Accidental Picasso."

Reddit | glynny91

A suitable term for when your camera doesn't understand how human faces are supposed to look.

13. Seeing double on the subway.

One set of identical twins is one thing — but two sets beside each other, both matching each other's expressions? There's definitely a glitch in the matrix.

14. Seeing triple in the parking lot.

The Chive | The Chive

I'm not sure if the camera person is playing tricks with the Snapchat copy & paste thing or if the matrix is just spitting out copies of everything around us.

15. I guess he's just not that big a fan of racing.

The Chive | The Chive

Which is fair enough, you do you, but I never thought someone would just casually bring out a book of comic strips and relax right beside a Formula 1 race.

16. If it weren't on camera, I'd swear he was just hallucinating.

Instagram | @kalesalad

But here it is, for some reason. A big, goofy-lookin' burger statue in the middle of nowhere. If you were a hungry wanderer, this would just be cruel.
