Jaclyn Hill Finally Breaks Her Silence After Selling Hairy, Moldy Lipsticks
Who can ever forget when one of the most controversial beauty guru's of all time had one of the most controversial launches of all time?!
Jaclyn Hill released her lipstick line this past June. Shortly after fans starting receiving their lipsticks, they noticed hair, black dots and shards of plastic in their product.
After thousands of customers came forward with hairy, moldy lipsticks from her company, Jaclyn made a video trying to explain what happened.

The no-makeup, sweats and bedazzled cross aesthetic didn't pan out well, and fans were still not impressed with Jac at all.
That's when sis literally SHUT DOWN her social media accounts.
Like literally, she deleted everything.

The 18-minute long video titled "Where I've Been" was uploaded yesterday and it was... tough, to say the least.
The whole video was a BIG FAT JOKE, TBH.

She explained the emotional trauma she has suffered after thousands of paying customers were delivered a contaminated product with her name on it.
"I was way too over confident in my launch and I was not enough involved in quality control. I over-hyped it for you guys."

Fans literally hated the video, lol.
They felt it didn't actually address any of the real issues.
People just want a genuine, no B.S apology!
Her loyal subscribers, fans and PAYING CUSTOMERS deserve at least that.
Jaclyn ended her video by saying, "I am doing every single thing in my power to make sure that things like this NEVER happen again."
