Prince William Explained How He And Kate Would React If Their Kids Were Gay
The Duke of Cambridge, AKA Prince William, recently revealed in an interview what his and his wife's thoughts would be on any of their children being gay.

His explanation was just as perfect as you'd expect it to be.

Since the birth of their first child, they've proven to be nothing but the utmost caring and responsible parents.
They're constantly open with their children — involving them in all aspects of their lives.

Kate was recently in charge of designing a garden at the outdoor exhibit, RHS Back to Nature Garden — and apparently, it was a family affair.
"Over the past months, Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis have helped The Duchess gather moss, leaves and twigs to help decorate," Kensington Palace posted on Instagram.

"I really feel that nature and being interactive outdoors has huge benefits on our physical and mental wellbeing, particularly for young children," Kate said.

You can really tell that both Kate and William prioritize their family over everything and it doesn't stop there.
They're also not afraid of letting the world know how unconditional the love they have for their children is — despite the possibility of sparking controversy.

Prince William visited the Albert Kennedy Trust to learn more about the issue of LGBTQ youth homelessness.
During his visit, someone directed the conversation topic toward William's children, George, Charlotte, and Louis.

They questioned William on how he may react if any of his children were gay.
“Do you know what, I’ve been giving that some thought recently because a couple of other parents said that to me as well,” William said.

"I think, you really don’t start thinking about that until you are a parent," he continued.
"I think — obviously absolutely fine by me.”

He then explained that he and Kate would want to give their children the most support they possibly could — especially since their family is constantly in the public eye.
“The one thing I’d be worried about," William said. "Is how they, particularly the roles my children fill, is how that is going to be interpreted and seen."

He then revealed that he and Kate have already been taking the steps to prepare their children.
“So Catherine and I have been doing a lot of talking about it to make sure they were prepared," he said.

“I think communication is so important with everything."
"In order to help understand it you’ve got to talk a lot about stuff," he said.

"And make sure how to support each other and how to go through the process."
"It worries me," he went on — explaining that he would fear for how others may react.

"Not because of them being gay, it worries me as to how everyone else will react and perceive it."
"And then the pressure is then on them," he concluded.

All in all, it's clear that Prince William and Kate have a very healthy and positive grip on the possibility of their children eventually coming out as gay.
William's response could not have been any more genuine or thoughtful.
