Police speculate that at the time of the incident, the slain instructor was actually testing another candidate, but was hit by the woman's car, which was likely being driven on a parallel track.

In an interview with TVP Info, deputy police comissioner Ryszard Czepczor said the events leading up to the incident are still being investigated.

"A 68-year-old woman, in circumstances which are unknown at the present time, hit the examiner, who unfortunately as a result of his injuries died at the scene," he said. "When we spoke to the woman she was in a state of shock, and because of that, speaking to her would be quite difficult."

It is unclear what led to the woman hitting the man with her testing vehicle.

However, TVP Info released a video briefly showing the vehicle as it was being loaded on a truck and hauled away.

The front bumper and license plate of the car are visibly damaged and hanging off the vehicle, likely indicating the point of impact.

As of right now, there has been no word given on what legal action will be taken against the woman.
