Sophie Turner's 'Dark Phoenix' Coach Made Her Cry By Taking Away Her Juul

She closed off her character's story by becoming Queen in the North!

Now, she's finishing off her story in 'Dark Phoenix'.


The story follows her character, Jean Grey, who goes over to the dark side in the final X-Men movie.

Because of this, she accidentally kills Mystique.

She begins to cry, but she got the motivation to cry from a hilarious place.

The cast was on Jimmy Kimmel and Jennifer Lawrence revealed where Sophie got her inspiration from.

“It was so honest and real, and it’s because she really was crying because her dialect coach, right before the take, took her Juul away…She started genuinely tearing up." Lawrence said.

She also sees the humor in it.

“It is. It’s how to act,” Turner said. “You take it away, and then you give it back, and that’s happy and sad.”
