Company Sells Deep-Fried Chicken Skin Because We All Know That's The Best Part

Does this situation sound familiar?

You've just ordered a big bucket of fried chicken and you're already just going to town on it. Each bite is better than the last. The skin is so crispy that every crunch nearly registers on the Richter scale. Your mouth and fingers are greasy and salty but you don't care because it's just so good.

But, it could be better. If you had just one tiny suggestion, it would be for more skin, less meat.

What if you could have all the fried chicken skin you want, hold the chicken?

Sounds like a dream, doesn't it? After all, how could you possibly enjoy fried chicken skin without the chicken meat? The two are mutually exclusive...right?

Not anymore, because one California food stand is making that dream a reality for fried skin-lovers everywhere.

Introducing Chick N'Skin, the company that heard our complaints and said, "Have all the fried chicken skin you can eat, you animals."

According to Insider, the company can be found at the 626 Night Market in Southern California, offering up hungry customers their dream treat - chicken skin with no chicken meat.

A quick glance at the company's Instagram reveals that customers get to dress their skins however they want. Sauce, cheese, tomatoes, jalapenos - it's your deep-fried world, my friend.

These treats are exactly what they sounds like: Picture your favorite fried chicken without the chicken meat.

All that salty, greasy, fried-skin goodness can be ordered hot and ready to be enjoyed with your favorite dipping sauces.

The company also offers BBQ bacon skins and salt-and-vinegar skins, but we all know who the real star of the show is here.

Some people have pointed out how these chicken skins are basically the ultimate keto treat.

Each serving contains only 1 gram of carbohydrates, which all you keto-savvy people will know is well within the keto diet limits.

Plus, as if this whole deal wasn't amazing enough already, the company is actually reducing waste by sourcing chicken skin from companies that would normally throw it out after processing the chicken.

So reduce, reuse, recycle, and get in my belly please.

If you're not going to be in the Southern California area anytime soon, don't fret.

You can find Chick N'Skin at other festivals and events throughout the year, so make sure to keep your eyes peeled for the food stand with the most people lined up out front of it.

Or, if you're a bit more impatient, the company also offers online orders so you can get your chicken skin delivered right to your door for $5.99 a bag. Check out all the flavors, including Chinese Salt & Pepper, Buffalo Wing, and Tom Yum (Sweet & Spicy).
