‘Dog The Bounty Hunter’ Fans In Tears Over Cecily Chapman's Mother's Day Tribute

'Dog the Bounty Hunter' star Beth Chapman has been very open about her ongoing battle with cancer since she was first diagnosed in 2017.

Beth, the wife of Duane 'Dog' Chapman, was first diagnosed with Stage Two throat cancer, and after surgery she was declared cancer-free. But just one year later, she found out her cancer had actually spread to her lungs and was diagnosed at Stage Four.

Beth has been staying positive since her cancer diagnosis.

Throughout her rounds of chemotherapy, the 51-year-old star has continued to post positive messages and photos to her social media, encouraging her fans to adopt the same positive outlook on life.

In November 2018, Beth had emergency surgery on her throat.

She was rushed to the hospital to clear a throat blockage that had been preventing her from breathing properly.

Shortly after her surgery, she posted a photo to her Instagram of her in the hospital with Dog by her side and wrote, "Another Bend in the Road yet not the End of the Road."

Just this past Mother's Day, Beth went live on Facebook to get candid about her incurable cancer.

In the video, Beth said cancer has been her "ultimate lesson" amid many tough lessons in her life, like her struggles with addiction and her stints in jail.

She also appeared to announce she would be stopping chemotherapy treatments.

"This is the ultimate test of faith," Beth said, alluding that she would be stopping the treatments in favor of relying on her Christian faith. "Chemotherapy is not my bad, people, sorry, that's not for me."

"I didn't go to go God and go...why did I get cancer?"

Beth said she believes her illness is meant to be the ultimate test of her faith.

"It is the evidence of things hoped for and it is the substance of things not known," she said.

To commemorate Mother's Day, Beth's daughter Cecily shared a sweet message on Instagram.

"You are the strongest person with a life filled with love from near and far," Cecily wrote along with a photo of the family matriarch posing with her Mecedes Benz.

"I'll carry out your legacy forever."

The emotional tribute has left many fans of the family in tears and extending their well-wishes to the Chapman's.
