We were promised a "huge" episode, and we certainly got that, but not the way we wanted.
Was it so bad that we would be willing to wait another two years just for a better final season?
And as devastating as it was, we all knew that Daenerys was descending into the Mad Queen.
This needed to happen.
The total garbage treatment of Jaime's character arc.
Fans really thought that he was going to kill Cersei, not wipe her tears away.
I mean, really though. They lasted all of three minutes.
Not going to lie, that was one of the more impressive scenes in the episode.
That man was waiting his entire life for that moment.
And I mean, fair enough. He clearly wanted to avenge Missandei.
Even Tyrion disappeared once the dragon got going. They couldn't be bothered to show him terrified on the outskirts of King's Landing?
The CGI effects were amazing this episode, but how hard would it have been to give Ghost the boop on his nose that he deserved?
And seeing the invincible Mountain without his helmet on is what nightmares were made of.
You knew that this was going to be their last moment together and it was perfect. He really saved her.
Every other person is getting hit by falling rocks or burned alive, and she somehow managed to escape relatively unharmed? Seems fake but okay.
Is there even a throne to win at this point? I guess time will tell.
So now the question is, who is going to be the one to kill Dany?
My money is on Arya, but I don't trust this show any longer, so we'll see.
Could you imagine though?
Apparently, D&D don't need to follow a path of any kind — they do what they want and we have to suffer the consequences.

If only Apple never made this product. King's Landing would still be there!
She really came into King's Landing guns blazin', if you catch my drift.
Honestly. It felt like a battle in and of itself.
Here's to hoping next week is not like this.
While this episode was filled with literal fire, not everyone thought that the episode was actual fire.
The bells went off, girl! You didn't have to!
If they are, they still have a chance at redemption if the book series ever gets finished.
It makes the episode a little bit better when you think of this scene in these terms.
Are the producers going to redeem themselves?
