“He has engaged in physical, sexual and emotional abuse including but not limited to death threats, rape, and various sexual deviant behavior forced upon me without my consent," her statement reads.

"He isn't safe to be around the kids."

The original divorce court documents include allegations of Jim abusing “alcohol, marijuana, and Adderall” as well as showing up at the family home “uninvited while intoxicated or high."

"He would demand sex from me in exchange for meeting his support obligations."

Stephanie recounts several occasions in which Jim touched her without consent, including a disturbing story in which he touched himself in front of her while their young daughter was present.

According to Jim, any allegations of sexual misconduct are false.

“‘Forcing’? Please, everyone, Gracie myself and especially YOU were all giggling and laughing," he stated in court, "It was pleasant to have one moment of light-heartedness."

He is also accused of abusing their family puppy.

His ex-wife states that he "shattered the dog's hip" and even placed it in a metal bucket outside to die.

Jim acknowledged in court that he often punished the dog, but stated that "no real harm had been done."

Cummings claims that Stephanie is simply trying to slander him.

He stated that his ex-wife is attempting to ruin his celebrity career, and that she once said that her goal was to "Tell people Winnie the Pooh is a woman-beating, drug-addicted freak!"

Stephanie says that she moved to Utah with their daughters in 2017 in order to keep them safe from Jim.

The two of them are currently in the process of fighting for custody of their two children.

Cummings has stated that he has attempted to make the court proceedings "as amicable as possible."

It is unclear at this point whether or not he will receive partial custody.
