Mom Of Twins Almost Kicked Off Flight Until A Stranger Steps In To Help

There have been multiple reports of parents being asked to leave flights over the past few years. As a parent, I can't imagine anything more stressful when traveling with a baby is already a challenge to begin with.

Thankfully, with the help of one kind stranger who stepped in to help, the mom in this story was saved from a huge burden while traveling alone with her twins.

We all know that traveling with a baby on a plane is never easy.

Heck, traveling on a plane as an adult isn't easy. But for babies, this experience can be scary and uncomfortable, and for their parents, the regulations regarding how infants can travel is always changing.

One woman shared this heartwarming story on the "Love What Matters" Facebook page.

According to Mackenzie Murphy, she was sitting a few rows back from a mother with twins who were about six-months-old.

Since the flight was packed, the mom's carseat had been taken and stowed with the checked luggage.

Since she was traveling alone, she had no choice but to hold both of her babies on her lap.

She was quickly informed by flight attendant that she wouldn't be able to hold both of her children.

She was then told she would have to exit the flight.

As if traveling with two babies alone isn't stressful enough, imagine trying to find a new flight home.

Thankfully, another passenger (also a mom) offered to hold one of the woman's babies.

"Without a complaint this woman fed the other woman's baby and burped him," said Mackenzie.

The flight was only supposed to be 45 minutes, but was delayed over two hours on the tarmac.

Throughout the whole trip, this volunteer held the baby and let him nap on her. Adorable!

When the mom's own daughter started crying, she explained calmly that it was important to help others.

"Our job is to help other people. This mom is all by herself with no help, and really needs another mom to help," the woman told her daughter.

This story hit me right in the feels.

"Moral of the story is when you see people needing help, do the right thing and help them," Mackenzie said.

So true! We could all use a little more kindness in our lives.
