MS is an incurable, chronic disease that attacks healthy tissue in the central nervous system.

"I am disabled. I fall sometimes. I drop things. My memory is foggy. And my left side is asking for directions from a broken GPS," she said.

The other day she went to Disneyland with Sarah Michelle Gellar.

She required a wheelchair for the trip, and shared a photo with fans, reminding them that there was no shame in it.

Still, the two were able to explore the park, and relive the experience just as they did the first time they visited, 21 years ago.

Honestly, this is serving me so much nostalgia.

Fans can't get enough of their friendship!

What a great way to show support and be a supportive ally to our friends no matter what!

This means that during a flareup, certain motor functions will ultimately be a challenge for Selma — including applying makeup.

But she's managed to maintain an amazing sense of humor throughout her battle with this disease.

She recently shared a video of how she applies makeup, and it's surprisingly hilarious, thanks to her positive attitude.

Many people laughed along with Selma, and praised her for having such a positive outlook.

"What a ROCKSTAR you are... I adore you....sending you tons of love today my girl," wrote Kris Jenner.

Kris Jenner wasn't the only one singing Selma's praises.

Tracee Ellis Ross, Debra Messing and more showed their support and love for their friend.

She also knows how to inspire those who follow her page.

"When life hands you lemons, reach for them and wear a top to match," she wrote.

Selma has opened a discourse and discussion for so many people.

I love this idea for teaching children about disabilities!

Also, her social media is filled with many amazing pics, like this one!

We love a celery juice appreciation moment!

We also love that Selma isn't afraid to laugh at herself, and share her struggles with the world.

Having such a large platform means she gets to educate others about the disease.

It also means she gets to encourage those who may also be battling it themselves.
