MS is an incurable, chronic disease that attacks healthy tissue in the central nervous system.
"I am disabled. I fall sometimes. I drop things. My memory is foggy. And my left side is asking for directions from a broken GPS," she said.
She required a wheelchair for the trip, and shared a photo with fans, reminding them that there was no shame in it.

This means that during a flareup, certain motor functions will ultimately be a challenge for Selma — including applying makeup.
She recently shared a video of how she applies makeup, and it's surprisingly hilarious, thanks to her positive attitude.
