The Twins Who Played Emma In 'Friends' Are Grown Up And Appearing In 'Us'

Everything seems to be making us feel old lately, and just to add to the agony, Rachel and Ross' daughter, Emma, from Friends is almost 18 years old.

The twins that played Emma, Cali and Noelle Sheldon, are all grown up and making a comeback to the big-screen, and it's going to be scary.

Friends has been responsible for so many amazing things, that only get better and funnier with time.

Joey's "Thanksgiving pants" for instance.

Saying "I'm fine" will never be the same.

It's almost physically impossible for me not to say "I'm fine" in a high squeaky voice.

With barely any time left to spare in the series, they gave us Emma.

The moment we had been waiting for, for so long: Ross and Rachel getting together and having a baby.

Changing the meaning of "Baby Got Back" forever.

Ross' rendition of Sir Mix A Lot's "Baby Go Back" was the only thing that would make Emma laugh, taking the song from being a sexualized anthem about women's butts, to an adorable children's lullaby.

Well played.

And who can forget the time Amy pierced Emma's ears.

Amy probably turned out to be Emma's train-wreck of a fun-aunt, who's by now, probably been divorced three times, somewhere drinking martinis at 9am, on her fifth spontaneous vacation of the year.

Almost 18 years ago, Emma celebrated her first birthday.

Right about now, in the fictional television character realm, Emma could be watching the video from the night of her first birthday.

These were the girls who played Emma, a few years after the show ended.

It's nice to know what she would have looked like if the show aired for a few more seasons.

And this is what they look like now.

This is Cali Sheldon, 16, with her adorable canine companion.

I know she's not actually related to Jennifer Aniston, but I can totally see a small resemblance here. Ross though, not so much.

This is Cali's twin sister, Noelle Sheldon.

I wish I had a little more information about this photo, because it's very confusing out of context.

Doesn't this just warm your heart?

Here they are, more than a decade later, outside Central Perk. What a picture-perfect moment.

We're all feeling old AF right about now.

Considering most of us still watch Friends on a regular basis, seeing what everyone looks like now can be a hard pill to swallow.

16 years later, the girls are making their official comeback to the big-screen.

Universal Pictures

We're wondering if they still got it.

Only one way to find out!

Jordan Peele, the creator of "Get Out" received a ton of praise for the film. So, he's been cooking up something new for us.

Even beyond horror movie standards, this movie was amazing.

Incase you haven't seen "Get Out" let's get you up to speed.

I won't give too much away.

It's a mystery thriller, about a young man who's visiting his girlfriend's parents house for the weekend, and things turn ugly.

People were raving about it.

Twitter | @KushShinobi

Definitely worth the watch. It will have you on the edge of your seat and horrified of boyfriend or girlfriend's family (if you weren't already).

Jordan Peele's latest creation is a movie called "Us" starring the Sheldon twins.

From what we can tell, it's going to be another chilling horror flick, that involves a family.

The trailer alone is horrifying. So I can only imagine the movie is going to be scarring.

Ars Technica

I'm not scared, you're scared!

And here's a glimpse of what all of our faces are probably going to look like when we're watching the movie.

If it's anything like "Get Out" we're in for a real fright. I'm not sure I'm ready for it.

We recommend not watching the trailer in the dark, or before going to sleep.

If you don't want to be kept up all night, freaking out that the figure in the corner of your room is a murderer when it's actually a pile of clothes on top of a chair, watch the trailer in broad daylight.

"Friends" also gave us another set of twins that we're forever grateful for.

Cali and Noelle Sheldon aren't the only twins that grew up to find success in the entertainment industry, thanks to Friends.

Dylan and Cole Sprouse are also a package deal we've been seeing a lot of lately.

Cole has been rocking the crown beanie, playing Jughead, the misunderstood bad-boy writer on "Riverdale".

He's kind of a big deal right now.

While Dylan is writing scripts, and becoming an entrepreneur, opening a brewery in Brooklyn.

He hasn't given up acting altogether, he told E! that he's just waiting for the right role to come along.

We're incredibly excited to watch our beloved Emma Geller-Green, all grown up, in a whole new role.

Even if the movie is going to make me have nightmares for a week after watching.

Now I'm wondering what Monica and Chandler's twins are up to these days.

Can we get a movie starring all six twins, please and thank you?
