In the past, Kim had been open about using a surrogate to deliver their third child, Chicago.

"Anyone that says or thinks it is just the easy way out is just completely wrong. I think it is so much harder to go through it this way, because you are not really in control. And, you know, obviously you pick someone that you completely trust and that you have a good bond and relationship with, but it is still ... knowing that I was able to carry my first two babies and not, you know, my baby now, it's hard for me," she explained to ET.
Chicago was born early in 2018, and has an older brother, Saint (3) and sister, North (5).
Kim and Kanye are apparently using the same surrogate for baby number four, who is due in May.
Months after Chicago was born, sources claimed that Kim and Kanye had one embryo left — a male.
Sources also claimed that Kim and Kanye had always wanted a fourth child, so this news only makes sense.
It's exciting news, and this fourth child will be a welcome addition to the ever growing Kardashian cousins.
