'Sex and the City' Revival Officially Confirmed At HBO Max

Okay, let's see if I can get through this article without making a cosmopolitan and crying tears of joy.

The rumours are true, the universe is rewarding us with a Sex and the City revival on HBO Max and while so many of these reboots are so bad, in this essay I will explain why I do not believe that to be the fate for SATC.

Sex and The City is undoubtedly one of the most iconic shows of all time. Carrie, Charolette, Miranda and Samantha are names that heal me. Nurture me. Protect me.

The iconic and show ran on HBO from the summer of 1998 to winter 2004.

Audiences fell in love with the characters, their lovah's and the undying friendship of these four SOULMATES.

SADLY, the revival will be missing one key player, Kim Cattrall. However, if you've been following her drama with Sarah Jessica Parker, this can't come as much of a surprise.

I mean, isn't it the most Samantha thing to not follow the rest of the ladies. OH KIM, I'LL MISS YOU!

The show's revival is titled *And Just Like That…* and will star our ladies Sarah Jessica Parker, Cynthia Nixon and Kristin Davis

A new title means it is detaching itself from the OG series, insuring this reimagined version will give fans what they've been waiting for!

According to *Variety* the revival will follow our favorite ladies as they navigate love and friendship in their 50s.

The publication reports that the series will consist of 10 half-hour episodes and is set to begin production in late spring in where else than New York City, baby!
