Etsy Sells Chicken Diapers To Help Keep Their Poop In The Coop

Back in the day, my extended family owned a chicken coop. There was one hen, in particular, we all grew fond of, and she would occasionally come into my aunt's house.

If only we had a product that we could have used back then to ensure the house stayed free of bird poop. Oh wait, now there is, and it's cute and useful.

An Etsy shop called Pampered Poultry is selling the most unusual yet quite useful product for your chickens.

We're talking about chickens who sometimes come inside your home. Now you can put a diaper on that chicken to ensure your house stays clean, ha, ha.

Yes, you read that right. It's a diaper for your chicken. Weird or what?

In all seriousness, it can come in handy when you let your chickens come and hang with you in your house. After all, you wouldn't want bird poop all over the place. Am I right?

These chicken diapers are handmade and come in a variety of cute designs.

You can get different ones to suit your chickens' personalities, hee, hee! I wish we had one of those for Pipiula, my aunt's chicken. She would have rocked it.

As the Etsy seller account states, these diapers are "stylish and comfortable."

They're the perfect attire for those special occasions. You can even buy themed ones like this one for Christmas. Oh my goodness, that's so fun. Can you believe that?

These diapers are well-made with high-quality fabric.

There's a water-resistant sport nylon liner inside. The seller recommends putting a folded paper towel inside the pouch that can be removed and replaced throughout the day. This way, you don't have to wash the diaper as often.

In addition to these cute diapers, the shop sells other chicken accessories.

You can dress your hen in a tutu, ha, ha! I don't know if I would go that far, but to each their own, I guess. What do you think of that?

If you're not into tutus, don't worry, you can get your chicken a cute hen dress instead.

They are available in a variety of different colors and patterns. So you're bound to find something to your liking for sure. Isn't it adorable?

Then, there's this large saddle you can buy.

It would be useful to put on your chicken to help protect it from pecking. You can also use it to help your chicken heal after having already been pecked on by other pesky chickens.

Is this the weirdest thing you've ever seen for chickens, or would you totally buy it?

I've got to say I'm both intrigued and amused by this, ha, ha! It definitely would've come in handy for my aunt's chicken back in the day.
