There are a lot of perils to social media, not least of which is the fear that we might accidentally share something we don't want to with just one slip of the finger. There are a lot of ways to react when that does eventually happen, and when it happened to rapper Cardi B, she responded in the best way she knew: with humor.
Cardi B Claps Back At Trolls After Accidentally Posting Topless Photo
Cardi B just celebrated her 28th birthday.
It was a pretty wild celebration that accidentally ended when Cardi shared a topless photo of herself to her Instagram page.
While she immediately deleted it, once something is on the Internet it's on it forever — just ask Chris Evans.
"Lord, why the [expletive] you have to make me so [expletive] stupid?" Cardi joked in an audio tweet after the incident.
"Why, why, why? You know what, I’m not gonna beat myself up about it. I’m just gonna eat my breakfast and then I’m gonna go to the party," Cardi continued. "I am not going to think about it."
"It is what it is," Cardi explained.
"It's not even the first time," Cardi said playfully, adding, "I used to be a stripper, so whatever!"
Cardi also took to her Instagram comments to respond to a troll who was criticizing her body in the leaked photo.
Cardi was definitely not about to let anyone shame her for her post-breastfeeding body.
While the situation might have been mortifying for someone else, we're glad to see that Cardi isn't letting anyone make her feel embarrassed about herself!
