Whipped Hot Chocolate Is The New Drink Trend Taking Over TikTok
With the cold weather coming right along, TikTok users have discovered a new way to enjoy "whipped drinks."
Hot chocolate has been a long time favorite drink in those cold winter months. But, TikTok users found a way to spice it up a bit by making it "whipped."
This TikTok trend, however, is a bit on the cold side.
It's definitely something delicious, but, it's over ice. So, if you're looking for a hot drink — maybe this one isn't for you. But, we can't lie that it looks absolutely delicious.
You can make it even fancier by adding some special toppings.
Some people are adding toppings to their whipped hot chocolate like syrup, marshmallows, and even sprinkles. It's perfect to have with the kids while curling up on the couch in front of the fireplace.
You also probably have all the ingredients in your home already!
All you need is hot cocoa mix, some milk, and a mixer. Pour the powder and milk together, mixing it with the blender. Then, pour some milk over ice and top it with the whipped hot chocolate. Sounds easy and yummy!
Other people online have made a hot version of this trend by mixing the ingredients into a syrup and then adding it to hot milk. Unfortunately, this version isn't as "whipped" as the cold one, but it still looks delicious!
