Fans Share Their Dedication By Showing Their 'Lucifer' Tattoos On Twitter

I'm just going to come right out and say that I am a Lucifer fan. Tom Ellis is absolutely stunning and the show continues to feel fresh and exciting, even five seasons-in.

As much as I love the show, my dedication pales when compared to some of the internet's finest. See what I mean and check out these fans who shared their beautiful Lucifer tattoos on Twitter.

I've been a fan of 'Lucifer' for years. From the very first episode, I was hooked!

The show is loosely based on the Neil Gaiman character, Lucifer, from the Sandman comic book.

It's a refreshing take on the age-old cop drama, with a brilliant supernatural twist!

As much as I do enjoy it, my love for the show has limits.

For example, I wouldn't camp out for days to meet Tom Ellis. I wouldn't park outside Lauren German's house, hoping to catch a glimpse of her.

But above all, I would never — never ever — get a tattoo.

However, the same can't be said for this group of fanatic acolytes.

While some don't like tattoos because it means you'll have something on your skin forever, others think it is the best way to give tribute to something.

That is certainly how these fans feel.

Take a look at this dedicated Luci fan's bicep!

I'm honestly not totally thrown off by this one.

It's a bit more on the vague side compared to the others and probably would only be identified as a Lucifer tattoo by other die-hard fans.

This masterpiece on the other hand, is most definitely not open for interpretation.

Sometimes, large tattoos don't always come out looking that fantastic.

But luckily for this fan, this one came out beautiful! There is a lot of detail involved, and it turned out great.

3 years later:

We all know that saving money takes a lot of time, and tattoos are definitely not cheap.

But we are thankful to see that after three years of saving, this tattoo turned out beautiful for the user!

Do you have a LUX for life?

This Twitter user sure does! I'm even more curious as to how this picture was taken!

But hey, if you have the opportunity to flex, you might as well do it! If you've got it, flaunt it.

OK — this one might not technically count but it is still a Lucifer tattoo.

As strange as it may sound to say — this one is my favorite!

Take a look at all the emotion that's being conveyed through the eyes: fear, anger, and vengeance.

I kind of like this subtle ode to Maze, what about you?

Note to self, this is why you don't make grand proclamations like "I don't like tattoos."

Because every once in a while, one comes along that changes your entire perspective.

If we're giving out points for creativity, then we have a clear cut winner!

The quote reads "You shouldn't have to change for anyone and neither should I."

What makes it even more impressive is that it's written in the outline of a treble clef!

The number of the beast makes its first appearance.

I have to give Lucifer fans credit — I was expecting this thread to just be filled to the brim with 666 images.

It may seem a little derivative but it's a nice homage to the Tom Ellis promo and at least this one can be covered up rather easily.

What is it you desire?

This is a classic quote as well as a nod to one of the more prevalent themes in the series — desire.

It's a smart move to get the most famous line of the show done as a tribute!

The smallest pair of wings you've ever seen.

When it comes to wings, I say, it's always best to have them on display.

They are always so intricate, big, and beautiful! What's the point of hiding them? So kudos to Renee!

Without evil there can be no good.

The ancient symbol of the yin-yang represents harmony or balance. A very reductionist definition would be to say that there's a little bit of good in every evil person and a little bit of evil in every good person.

This is further exemplified by Lucifer's devil and angel wings.

A very lifelike tribute to the king of hell!

This person really went the distance! I suppose if you love someone enough, why not make the leap and tattoo them on your body?
