Ben Affleck And Michael Keaton Confirmed To Return As Batman In 'The Flash'

Batman is back in a way that fans never saw coming.

There have been debates about who played the best Batman now for years, and it looks like that debate isn't coming to an end any time soon.

Fans of the franchise are in for a treat after it was revealed that we're getting two iconic actors together in one film. 2020 just got a little bit better!

Vanity Fair has confirmed that Ben Affleck will return as the caped crusader for the upcoming film, *The Flash*.

The Flash movie, set to release in the summer of 2022, will star Ezra Miller as Barry Allen, "breaking the bonds of physics to crash into various parallel dimensions, where he’ll encounter slightly different versions of DC’s classic heroes," Vanity Fair reports.

But wait, there's more!

Michael Keaton's 1989 Batman will also be returning to the film, for what *Vanity Fair* reports to be a "substantial" part of the film.

Warner Bros. Pictures

And don't worry, this film will in no way disrupt The Batman starring Robert Pattinson.
