Girl Scouts Is Getting Ready To Toast 2021 With A New French Toast-Flavored Cookie

Considering the dud of a year 2020 has been, we could use all the good news about what 2021 has to offer. Usually, we might grimace at the thought of mentioning the new year at this point in the year, but today, we welcome it with open arms.

The latest 2021 news comes from the Girl Scouts, who are already toasting the new year with their new Toast-Yay! cookie.

It's called the Toast-Yay!, which is exactly what we'll be shouting after taking a bite into a few of them.

The cookie is in the shape of bread and dipped in a sweet icing, which we're going to assume tastes like french toast.

The cookie will be available alongside their classic Thin Mints, Samoas, and S'mores cookies in select areas.

We don't exactly know what 2021 will bring yet, but Girl Scouts ensures you'll be able to continue to purchase their cookies online through "virtual cookie booths" or through contactless delivery options.

We definitely can't wait to give the new flavor a try!
