Jimmy Kimmel Claps Back At Troll Who Claimed That 'Women Aren't Funny'

It's amazing that there are still people out there who believe that they can write off an entire gender's sense of humor, but as anyone on the Internet can tell you, trolls who don't think women are capable of being funny are still around to spout their opinion whenever they can.

Jimmy Kimmel just showed that he is not here for it.

Jimmy Kimmel has been on vacation.

Back in June, Jimmy announced he would be taking a couple of months off from his show for a much-needed vacation. While he is off, he has a string of celebrities to take over the job for him.

Singer Dua Lipa was one of the celebrities who were asked to host the show in Jimmy's absence.

Jimmy shared the video of Dua, who is known for her hit singles like "Break My Heart," "New Rules," and "Don't Start Now", doing her monologue on the show, where the singer joked about her tattoos, her music, her love of pranks and more.

However, one member of the audience was not impressed.

Despite the fact that nobody asked, an Instagram account by the name of kingforearms decided to comment and write "Women still aren't funny" under the video.

While his comment generated a handful of likes, it generated even more comments of people telling him off.

Even Jimmy Kimmel took the time out of his day to clap back.

"Maybe if one talks to you someday you'll change your mind," Jimmy wrote back, which seemed to quiet down the troll, who has since privated his Instagram account.

We love to see Jimmy standing up for Dua and for women everywhere!
