When it comes to the Irwin family, fans truly cannot get enough of their wholesome content!

The Irwin family have been animal lovers since essentially the dawn of time, so when history repeats itself within this precious lil' family, you can't help but feel that Steve Irwin is smiling down on his family and their desire to continue his legacy.

It's hard to believe it has almost been 14 years since Steve Irwin died in a tragic stingray accident.

Steve's fans around the world miss him terribly, but luckily for them, their memories have been embraced by the rest of the Irwin family and their continued efforts!

Bindi Irwin recently married her longtime boyfriend Chandler, who has been working alongside the family for years now.

So when he posted a video clip of him getting bitten by a snake in the exact same way his dad did some 20+ years ago, fans couldn't help but get nostalgic.

Robert captioned the video: "Wait for it! After a snake rescue with this cheeky carpet python while filming for *Crikey! It’s the Irwins* it brought back fun memories of a very similar situation that happened decades before in one of the original crocodile hunter documentaries!"

The post features the clip of Robert getting bit by the snake, followed by the retro clip of Steve getting bit by a snake in the exact same way.

"Maybe it was her way of saying ‘thanks’ for being rescued! You can see how this all unfolded on our *Crikey! It’s the Irwins - Life in Lockdown* special on Animal Planet this Saturday July 11 in the USA," he concluded.

This was a such a sweet comparison. I'm not crying, you're crying!
