Texas Roadhouse Shared The Recipe For Their Famous Hurricane Margaritas

When it comes to drinking in the summer, there's nothing quite like a frozen drink jam-packed with alcohol to make our BBQs complete. If you've ever been to Texas Roadhouse, you'd know that their signature drinks are ones that we'd kill to make at home. Especially, of course, their famous Texas Roadhouse Hurricane Margarita. While we try to recreate it, we can never get it just right.

Now, Texas Roadhouse has blessed us with the recipe.

Thanks to the restaurant chain, you can now recreate their delicious Hurricane Margarita right at home. For those who want to get some R&R over the weekend, this goes great with some backyard fun.

The ingredients are things you can get right at your local store.

Here's what you need:

1 oz. tequila of choice, 1 oz. Captain Morgan Spiced Rum, 1 oz. orange juice, 1 oz. pineapple juice, 3 oz. grenadine, 3 oz. margarita mix, and ice.

To top off your drink, grab an orange slice, a cherry, and sugar or salt for the rim.

Don't forget that following the step-by-step is the key to getting it right.

First, rim the glass with the ingredient of your choice. Next, fill glass with ice. Pour all liquid ingredients into a shaker and shake or stir until mixed — make sure you do it hard enough! Pour over the ice and garnish with the orange slice and cherry.

Try it yourself and let us know how it is!

At your next BBQ or party, try the recipe out for yourself and send us over some photos. We love to hear how you like the famous Texas Roadhouse Hurricane Margarita!
