It's so nice to hear that so many shows still have plans to be up and running this fall. Is it ambitious?! Perhaps! But why not shoot for the stars, amirite?!
One of the show recently announced to air on NBC this fall is Christopher Meloni's Law & Order: SVU spin-off series!
The show is titled Law & Order: Organized Crime and it sounds AH-MAZING!
This includes Chris' angel faced onscreen partner, Mariska Hargitay.
She wrote about how excited she was on her Instagram post dedicated to her longtime friend!
That's right, baby! We got SVU and Organized Crime on the same night!
Plus Brooklyn Nine-Nine?! Could it get any better?!
The statement continued: "The city and police department have changed dramatically in the decade [Stabler's] been away, and he must adapt to a criminal justice system in the midst of its own moment of reckoning."
I hope more police shows will follow in Organized Crime's footsteps and show the reality of many black people's lived experiences with police.
