So, long story short, Sofia Vergara reacted the way most people would to another person swallowing an entire sword on national television, and we just have to talk about it!
After being invited on stage by a contestant to help assist with a stunt, the America's Got Talent judge, understandably, could not handle the pressure.
I really can't say I blame her, tbh!
This talent show isn't just about singers and dancers.
It's people from all walks of life — some of whom possess some interesting and unconventional talents that you definitely don't see every day!
Yes, you read that right.
A contestant named Frank Miles who was once on the show juggled fully-functioning stun guns. He even made the situation even more shocking (pun intended) by splashing his feet in a small pool of water at the same time.
Rather than flopping around like a fish out of water, contestant Brad Byers, would stick an 18-inch hook up his nose and pull it out of his mouth.
But wait, it gets worse. He also inserted a working drill bit up his nose and a pair of scissors.
Terrifying, I know.
And plenty of celebrity judges as well, which is one of the reasons why people love to watch the show!
And so far, some of the judges have been people like David Hasselhoff, Sharon Osbourne, Brandy Norwood, Mel B, Heidi Klum, Howard Stern, Piers Morgan, Julianne Hough, and Simon Cowell.
You most likely recognize Sofia from her iconic role on Modern Family as Gloria.
I, personally, already miss her and that show.
And longer than America's Got Talent, for that matter.
She is also known for her roles in Hot Pursuit, Chef, The Three Stooges, and New Year's Eve.
She has been in The Cleveland Show, Happy Feet Two_, The Simpsons, The Emoji Movie, Family Guy, and The Smurfs.
Safe to say that Sofia is a multifaceted woman!
In a recent preview of America's Got Talent, Sofia proved that she and sword-swallowing aren't a great match — which I think is probably the case for most people.
“I’ve gone as far as I can do. This is where it’s brought me," the contestant says.
He started things off by inviting Sofia onto the stage to assist with his stunt. Initially, she obliged.
But after finding out what exactly he needed help with, she quickly shut him down.
“No, I’m not going to pull it! What if I kill you," she responded.
My thoughts exactly, tbh! It's not like that is a crazy question to ask!
Even though she wasn't able to do it successfully, I have to give her credit for trying.
I'm not sure I could even do that! So good for her for even trying.
