Last November, we told y'all that Kit Kat was slated to release five new flavors this year. And wouldn't you know? We've waited SIX patient months, but one of their flavors is finally arriving this summer, and it's not one you were probably expecting.

Kit Kat's New Apple Pie Flavor Will Be In Stores This July
Last year, Instagrammer @markie_devo shared this photo of four new Kit Kat flavors, leaked by none other than WALMART.
Chocolate Cream Pie, Orange Creamsicle, Cotton Candy, and Cherry Cola were part of the new lineup.
However, Walmart left one sneaky flavor out. Thankfully, Instagrammer @junkfoodleaks_ had somehow received an Apple Pie flavor that was rumored to also be released this year.
Now, you might think Cotton Candy or Creamsicle would be released first, since it's just about summertime and all, but no.
Apple Pie will be the first flavor kicking off the new flavor lineup.

As @junkfoodleaks_ had reported, this flavor isn't super artificial and does have the authentic baked apple pie flavor.
As you can see, instead of chocolate, the crisp wafers are wrapped in an apple pie-flavored créme.

According to Delish, the standard 1.5-ounce bars will hit shelves in July for around $1.09 each.
We still don't know if the other four flavors will be released, but keep your eyes peeled for release news!
