Jon Gosselin Shares Emotional Message For His Six Children That Don't Speak To Him

Co-parenting after a divorce can be tough even under the best of circumstances, which certainly do not include a reality show and a media frenzy surrounding your marriage and marital issues. Jon and Kate Gosselin, of Jon And Kate Plus 8 fame, know this all too well.

Jon has recently spoken out about his lack of contact with some of his children.

Jon and Kate are the parents of eight children — a set of twins and a set of sextuplets.

However, following their divorce in 2009, Jon now only has custody of two of the sextuplets, Hannah and Collin. In an emotional new interview, Jon has revealed that he hasn't spoken to the two oldest daughters in "six or seven years" and that the other siblings have not seen the two that live with him.

"My wish is that all my kids would just be together, like, hang out together," Jon said.

"Kate and I don't live that far away from each other and I feel like there's an invisible wall. They should just be able to just get together. I mean, I have no qualms about it. If they wanna go meet each other, just go ahead. But I feel like it's more on the other side," he continued.

"I'm hoping that when my kids, and they will get their license, and when I say my kids I'm referring to Hannah and Collin, that they'll just drive to school and pick up their siblings."

"And legally, no one can stop them from doing so," Jon added.

When he was asked if he had anything to say to the children who currently don't speak to him, Jon opened up.

"Leah, Aaden, Joel and Alexis, I love you. You're welcome to come over, call Hannah, Collin," Jon said.

"I don't know what's holding you up. I don't know what the ill will is, but if you watch or don't watch or see it on the internet, I love you, happy birthday. Sorry I have to go through media channels."

"I know no one likes that or whatever, but it's kinda hard to reach out to you."

"But anyway, good luck and hopefully you call, or call Hannah, and you can walk to my house. It's all good," he finished.

While Kate and the other children have not publicly responded to Jon's message, we hope that everything works out for them!
