Celebrity Friends That Fans Had No Idea Actually Met In School

Hollywood may seem large, but it's actually really small. So small, in fact, that some celebs attended school together!

This includes childhood BFFs you wouldn't expect, like Jonah Hill and Adam Levine and even crazy rivalries like the one between Matthew Perry and Justin Trudeau.

Grab a pen and take some notes because school's in session. Here are 10+ celebs who actually met at school.

1. Cameron Diaz and Snoop Dog

The actress and rapper went to Long Beach Polytechnic High School together.

“He was a year older than me … I remember him, he was very tall and skinny," she said on Lopez Tonight.

"He wore lots of ponytails. I’m pretty sure I bought weed from him, I was green even in high school!”

2. Naomi Watts and Nicole Kidman

Both actresses went to North Sydney Girls High School. Ever since then, they've remained close.

“I was lucky that Nicole Kidman was always there to support me, console me, keep my spirits up, and help me believe in myself,” Watts once said about Kidman.

3. Lenny Kravitz, Nicolas Cage, and Slash

Beverly Hills is home to a lot of celebrities, so of course, the Beverly High School would be where these three stars got their education!

Each of them attended the school during the '80s.

4. B.J. Novak and John Krasinski

These two stars of The Office both attended Newton South High School in Massachusetts.

But that's not all. They were on the same little league baseball team!

Maybe that's why their chemistry on screen was so amazing!

"John Krasinski and I have known each other our whole lives in the weirdest, most coincidental way," Novak told Ellen DeGeneres in 2014.

This makes their characters' rivalry on The Office that much funnier.

Are you #TeamRyan or #TeamJim?

5. Ed Helms and Brian Baumgartner

Novak and Krasinski aren't the only The Office co-stars who have a history together.

Helms and Baumgartner both went to the Westminster School where they even both starred in high school plays.

No wonder everyone got along so well!

“Brian rules. Back in high school we used to ride around in convertibles and hit mailboxes with baseball bats. Oh no, wait. That was the movie Stand By Me," Ed revealed on Reddit.

"We were in a couple of plays together. He is actually NOTHING like Kevin and is a smart, hilarious, down-to-earth fella. And a freakishly good golfer.”

6. Ben Affleck and Matt Damon

No wonder they've always been BFF! They both went to Cambridge Rindge and Latin School.

“Those times were fun!” Affleck once told People. “We had a great time! We were young, we didn’t have the kinds of fears that you have when you get into your 40s if you haven’t gotten to where you want to go.”

7. Adam Levine and Jonah Hill

"Our dads met in the principal's office in junior high," Hill told Howard Stern in 2014.

10. Camila Mendes and Cole Sprouse

These Riverdale co-stars both attended NYU. They even went to some parties together, although Cole doesn't remember.

"I saw him around and there was a time when we had class in the same building so I would always see him outside," she told Office magazine.

"He was a weirdo! He had really long hair down to his butt cheeks. He was really shy too."

She continued:

"I would see him at parties sometimes and I always kind of randomly talked to his brother, but I never got a chance to talk to him because he was more to himself."

They were even on the same rugby team! If that doesn't say class and power to you, I don't know what would.

"He's a wonderful man," Redmayne told *Glamour* about being on the same team as Prince William.

"I always felt slightly sorry for him because everyone wanted to tackle the future king of England. He took all the hits," he said.

Aww, Poor William! Hopefully, it was nothing too bad!
