Honestly, there is nothing I would rather spend the next few minutes of my life doing, than watching a video of Jennifer Lopez teaching Shakira her booty-shaking technique, and if you don't feel the same way, I don't believe you.

Remember the 2020 Super Bowl halftime show starring J-Lo and Shakira? Of course you do.
It was the perfect demonstration of female liberation, hard work, and artistry.
Do NOT @ me.
My 20-something body could never even come close to executing that type of atheleticism.
Ergo, I have nothing but respect for these two.
And don't even get me started on Shakira. Her hips don't lie, but her skin tells me she's 25.
I don't know what to believe anymore.
In the spirit of reminiscing on the good old days when we were allowed to go outside and gather in large groups, J-Lo recently shared some BTS clips from her's and Shakira's Super Bowl halftime show rehearsal.
"But I wanted to share a fun peek behind the scenes at our first rehearsal with the dancers and @Shakira❤️."
It's crazy to see how it all came together.
She not only shared her technique with Shakira, but now, with the rest of us too.
I feel honored.
"You shake your knees, the butt shakes too," she explained.
Mind = blown.
I will be trying this at home.
I don't really know what to think about that. But it doesn't even matter because it has led J-Lo to become one of the most iconic performers of all time.
Obviously, there can only be one Jennifer Lopez. But if we can all master this technique, sky is the limit.
Not enough people are talking about how quickly Shakira picked it up. She nailed it after like, one try. That's impressive.
Literally nothing would make me happier than to see another collaborative performance by Shakira and J-Lo.
She inadvertently passed on such important butt-shaking wisdom to Shakira and the entire world.
