Dax Shepard Says He Is 'Pro' His Daughters Taking Psychedelic Drugs In The Future

While they are genuinely private about their children's lives, Dax recently discussed a potentially controversial opinion regarding his daughters' future potential drug use, despite his fourteen years of sobriety.
During an episode of his podcast Armchair Expert, Dax discussed his sobriety and how it relates to the idea of drug use and his children.

“I am pro my children doing mushrooms at some point,” Dax revealed. “Well, there’s a lot of different studies that have pretty conclusively shown that you have long-lasting creative advantages, right?"
Dax continued, specifying the types of drugs he would be okay with his children trying.

"People who have done mushrooms have markedly more creativity that lasts. So I guess I’m going to tell my girls to do shrooms and to smoke pot and to drink," he said.
"Just don’t do cocaine or opiates."

"If you don’t do those two things, you’ll likely be able to do the other ones for the rest of your life.”
