Heather Locklear just celebrated a huge milestone in her personal life as she has hit one year of sobreity, and she shared a tribute to the occasion on Instagram with a moving quote.

Heather Locklear Celebrates 1 Year of Sobriety
Earlier this week, rapper Eminem also hit a milestone in his sobriety.

Sharing on Instagram that he was celebrating 12 years sober, he wrote, "Clean dozen, in the books! I'm not afraid."
Actress Heather Locklear has also taken to social media to celebrate.
Heather shared a touching quote attributed to Maya Angelou.

Heather's caption was full of excitement, as she wrote "Hugs will come later! 1 year sober today!!!" Her comments were immediately filled with messages of congratulations.
Actress Laura Leighton commented "Congratulations Heather! So happy for you, my friend!"
Lisa Rinna commented, "love you Heather!!!!"

Last May it was confirmed by People that Heather was living in an in-patient facility that she had previously been in just before Christmas.
Three months after that, Locklear celebrated her sobriety with a separate Instagram post.

"You're still sober, keep that [expletive] up," a plaque in the post read, while Heather captioned the shot, "So grateful."
