Seagram's Italian Ice Flavors Are Like Drinking A Melted Boozy Slushie

Could anything really scream "SUMMER!" more than a slushie? Many of us have fond memories of all the neighborhood kids rounding themselves up and marching right on over to the local convenience store to get a tasty iced drink to cool off. You either got blue raspberry or cherry, or went wild and mixed the two for the ultimate flavor bomb of summer.

I think we can all agree that, as iconic as slushies are, they could also be a big bummer. Think about all the ice that's leftover after you quickly slurp it back. Eep—I hate thinking about it!

That's why the key was to let your slushie melt a little bit, so you could really enjoy all the sweetness slushies have to offer.

And now you can enjoy an "adultified" version of that with Seagram's Escapes Italian Ice flavors.

If summer had a face, this would be it.

I have to be honest, I've never had Italian ice.

But I imagine it's sort of like those frozen lemonades you get at baseball games and theme parks.

I also imagine the the blue raspberry and cherry flavors are very similar to the refreshing flavors of the iconic Slush Puppies machine.

The boozy variety pack is filled with 12 11-ounce bottles of the refreshing delicacy.

There are four cherry flavors, four blue raspberry flavors, and 4 lemon flavors.

At 3.2% ABV, these make a great summer sipper.

I imagine these tasting like a super melted slushie, which is basically a sweet summer dream for the adult kid in all of us.

So, march your way to your local liquor store just as you did to the convenience store back in the day!

Will you be giving these a try this summer? Let us know!
