Ryan Reynolds Jokes That He's 'Mostly Drinking' While Self-Isolating With His Family

For a lot of us, being stuck at home right now is driving us crazy. There's really no winning — if you live alone, you go crazy by yourself, and if you live with people (especially kids) they drive you crazy on their own. Even celebrities like Ryan Reynolds are feeling it.

Information about the coronavirus pandemic is rapidly changing and Diply is committed to providing the most recent data as it becomes available. Doing a long-distance interview for 'The Late Show With Stephen Colbert,' Ryan Reynolds opened up about his quarantine routine with his wife, Blake Lively, and their three daughters.

"We’re doing a lot of homeschooling," Ryan revealed. "We’re lucky enough to have a little, tiny garden, so we’re learning a little bit about gardening."

"We’re trying to make this an educational experience."

"But I'm mostly drinking," Ryan joked. Ryan also revealed that Blake's mother is staying with them, about which he says, “It’s been incredible to have her here. She doesn’t know it but actually, she’s emergency food if this gets real."

Colbert asked Ryan if he missed 'masculine company' being the only man in his house with five women.

“I do not miss masculine company at all," Ryan answered quickly. "Really, most men just tend to be the architects of someone’s demise. It's fine, I like just being here with the girls."

"I like doing the girls stuff.”

“I try not to push gender normative ideas on my kids as they’re born, but each one, when they came out that shoot, just really wanted to make dresses,” he explained. “They wanted to dress in hot pink all day so that’s what I do. This morning I made dresses out of tissue paper, which was fun.”

Honestly, sounds like Ryan is having more fun in quarantine than I am! Check out the video for yourself right here.
