Assuming you’re all familiar with Mariah Carey, you probably recognize that she has one of the most phenomenal vocal ranges in music history.
Whistle notes, that are practically impossible for anybody else to do successfully, are her trademark.

Since her split from Nick Cannon in 2016, she has been flourishing!
She’s in a steady relationship with her 36-year-old backup dancer, Bryan Tanaka.

She released a new album called “Caution” in 2018, and has been playing shows consistently ever since, with no sign of slowing down.
She and her ex-husband, Nick, have so far managed to successfully co-parent their twins, Monroe and Morrocan, 9.

Mariah posted a video on TikTok of her daughter, Monroe, doing her best impersonation of Mariah’s whistle notes.
There’s no doubt in my mind, this child is going to be a star!
The apple never falls far from the tree!
She clearly has all the right moves, and she couldn’t possibly have a better teacher than her own mom.
As the camera pans out, you see that it’s actually Mariah sneakily singing in the background as her daughter lip-syncs.
“Mommy!,” her daughter whines. “What? You said ‘Do the high notes!,'” Mariah jokes.
It was an adorable mother-daughter skit.
Mariah shared the video to Twitter along with the caption: “When your daughter wants to do a #highnote challenge “.
Fans, of course, loved it.
This person praised Mariah for quietly flexing her vocals, reminding us that she’s still got it and it never went anywhere.
Another fan pointed out that Mariah’s talent is going to be in good hands when it’s passed down to Miss Monroe!
I am patiently waiting for her to be old enough to drop her first album and pursue something that is obviously her birth right.
