Assuming you're all familiar with Mariah Carey, you probably recognize that she has one of the most phenomenal vocal ranges in music history.

She clearly has all the right moves, and she couldn't possibly have a better teacher than her own mom.
As the camera pans out, you see that it's actually Mariah sneakily singing in the background as her daughter lip-syncs.

It was an adorable mother-daughter skit.
