People Are Turning Their Christmas Trees Into 'Year-Round' Trees To Celebrate Every Holiday

Are you one of those people who looks forward to putting up your Christmas tree every year but then totally dreads taking it down? I feel you. I literally took my tree down just a few weeks ago. Ha, ha.

But what if you could just keep it all year round and re-decorate it to celebrate other holidays instead? As it turns out, some people actually do this.

1. Valentine's Day

Oh my goodness, it looks like love literally threw up on this tree. Hee, hee. It might seem overkill to some but it's starting to grow on me.

2. Mardi Gras

You know, I've always wanted to go to New Orleans for Mardi Gras. It looks like loads of fun. This tree celebrates it with total gusto.

3. Birthday

What if you could turn your Christmas tree into a wonderful birthday celebration for your kids or that special someone? I bet they would really love it.

4. St. Patrick's Day

Everyone knows you don't necessarily need to be Irish to celebrate St. Patrick's Day. It's such a fun and festive holiday that appeals to everyone.

5. Easter

Why should Easter be upstaged by Christmas? It's an equally important holiday. So why not just create a pretty and colorful display like this awesome tree?

6. Cinco de Mayo

When I think of Cinco de Mayo I immediately think of guacamole and tacos, ha, ha. This tree can get me in the mood a lot faster.

7. Mother's Day

There's absolutely nothing better than celebrating mom for all the amazing things she has done for you. I say she deserves to have her own tree.

8. Summer

Just like how Halloween is my favorite holiday, summer is by far my favorite season. Why shouldn't I celebrate it with my Christmas tree? This seashell and starfish idea is so pretty.

9. The 4th Of July

Talk about a very patriotic gesture here. I don't see why you shouldn't deck out your tree in red, white, and blue.

10. Back To School

Here's one way to get kids excited about back to school. Why don't you get them to help you to decorate this festive tree?

11. Autumn

Another cool way to repurpose your Christmas tree is to celebrate your favorite season. Doesn't this fall-inspired tree look absolutely stunning here? I love the color scheme.

12. Halloween

Halloween is literally my favorite holiday of them all. I look forward to it more than anything every year. So for me, this tree is simply fabulous.

13. Thanksgiving

I'm totally loving all these festive ideas to decorate the Christmas tree all year round.

Now, if only I can get my fiancé to get on board with this. Ha, ha.
